	Windsurfing: World Championship, Costa Teguise Fifty of the world's top windsurfers will battle for the world windsurfing title in the waters off Las Cucharas Beach in Lanzarote. 21 - 28 June 2008   Competitions in Spain. Sports in Spain. Sailing in Spain. . Lanzarote , in the Canary Islands, hosts one of the events for the Professional Windsurfing Association (PWA) World Championship. It will take place 21-28 June. Fifty of the world's top windsurfers will battle for the world windsurfing title in the waters off Las Cucharas Beach in Lanzarote. The competition will be held every day, 10am-5pm, in men's freestyle and slalom categories, with spectacular waves to be enjoyed. Dates: 6/21/2008 - 6/28/2008
