True bull fiestas where the townspeople live by the bull and for the bull. Everything with a bull, bull runs, popular bullfights, releasing of the bulls and amateur bullfights are at the centre of the Carnivals that revolve around the bull. The fiesta begins much earlier. As they say there: 'It has been Carnival since St. Sebastian's Day'. The popular bullfights are just as important as the bull runs and the amateur bullfights. There is one established custom: the 'Bolsín Taurino', whose mission is to look for new talents between the novice bullfighters. The running of the bulls on horseback have been revived and there is a 'Horse Club'.
