Expo Zaragoza 2008, three months of classical music held in the city Auditorium, featuring international stars such as Montserrat Caballé and Daniel Barenboim. Mahler's Symphony nº 2, Resurrection, performed by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Zubin Mehta, will mark the inauguration of this Expo Classical Music Season. The programme of twelve concerts includes performances by the French National Orchestra, the Czech Philharmonic, the Bolshoi Orchestra and Daniel Barenboim's West-Eastern Divan Orchestra made up of young Israeli and Palestinian musicians.
