Created by Peter Gabriel The WOMAD (World of Music, Arts and Dance)festivals are held at venues around the world.

Music, art and dance from all around the world come together for the purpose of bringing different musical rhythms to a wider public.

These are free events and have returned to this beautiful location every year since 1996 . As well as musical performances by different groups and soloists, there are also other activities including workshops, street musicians, craft fairs and the fusion between the different cultures.
