10 to 25 November Visit Ondara and enjoy the traditional Fira, one of the most important celebrations in the Marina Alta region. Starting November 10th, Ondara goes back to the Middle Ages... Ondara revisits the past during the month of November. Different events combined with an attractive commercial offering make of the Fira dŽOndara one of the most important fairs in the country, dating back to 1690. The Fira starts on November 10th and runs through November 25th. During the first weekend, visitors will enjoy the VII Local Trade Fair where they'll get to know different arts and crafts and purchase handmade products. At the medieval market, theatre and musical plays, jokers, and an impressive recreation of medieval times are a sure bet for visitors. The market, now in its tenth year, turns the streets of Ondara in a perfect stage for medieval shows. The XXII Trade Fair will also take place on November 17th-18th. 36 professional stands are participating this year. The fair will host different competitions. Finally, the VII Gastronomy Fair takes place on November 24th-25th, when visitors will have the chance to taste some of the most delicious regional dishes.
