IFEMA Feria de Madrid11 to 15 March The Madrid Boat Show will be celebrating its tenth edition between March 11 to 15, 2009. The presence of companies and boats has grown and developed considerably over the years: From a total of 101 companies and 95 boats participating in 1999, there will be more than 200 participating companies in 2009 and visitors will be able to get a close look at approximately 500 vessels.Similarly the amount of surface area occupied and the number of boating enthusiasts participating in the Madrid Boat Show has also evolved accordingly. Boating is very popular in Madrid and the fact that the coast is some distance away from the capital serves as additional motivation for turning a boating excursion into a special leisure time and sports activity Madrid Boat Show
