| Benidorm Christmas It's Christmas time at Benidorm 15 December to 15th January Benidorm takes centre stage during Christmas time. Visit Benidorm and participate in the many games, exhibits and street performances of Nadal de Teatre, a Christmas festival for all running until January 15th. The fifth edition of the Christmas Theatre Festival (Festival Nadal de Teatre) comes to Benidorm with a new street theatre performance program. Traditional games, exhibits and theatrical performances are now taking place until next January 15th. A Christmas festival for the whole family! Of special interest is the opening show, La salida, performed by La Canela Teatro de Títeres. Equally interesting is the large puppet show Las tres mellizas y el enigmático señor Gaudí, which narrates anecdotes of Catalonian architect Gaudí. La Canica Teatro brings on stage a show entitled Elefantito, a journey through the rainforest in which a small elephant meets other animals. Street theatre performances will continue on December 22nd with Fadunito theatre troupe and its show La gran familia, a travelling musical show with three long-legged puppets and an actor riding a monocycle.
