Regional Ham and
Iberian Pork fair. Thousands of people come to
this fair in the mountain village of Aracena to
try the excellent hams and other pork products
like the "morcón" sausage. All the producers and
pig farmers of these mountain reared pigs come
to the stock market, where there are stands,
exhibitions and conferences on this kind of pig
farming. If you go through Gibraleón you can
also enjoy the fair in honour of San Lucas, its
craft fair and the National Morphologic
