La noche del sabado 13 de agosto, tiene lugar el ya tradicional Castell de l'Olla en Altea. Organizado todos los años por la COFRADIA DEL CASTELL DE L'OLLA, este acto congrega junto al mar a unas 50.000 personas deseosas de contemplar el juego de luz. Con veinte años de historia a sus espaldas este evento ha ido adquiriendo una relevante fama entre los residentes y visitantes de la Comunidad Valenciana. El Castillo de Fuegos Artificiales es a las 24'00h. en la Playa de La Olla, alrededor de L'Illeta. El cartel ha sido realizado por Horacio Silva, y la pirotecnia encargada es Pirotecnia Caballer S.A.
